Little Tomas is very interested in insects. Every afternoon he goes out to his garden to see them with a magnifying glass to marvel at their beauty. Until one day he tries to catch a Dragonfly and discovers that he can communicate with it. The little dragonfly then invites him to visit his world and the life of the insects and small creatures that visit the garden. During their walk, they also discover the dangers these little creatures face. To finally finish his journey in the sanctuary of the magical monarch butterflies who will invite him to dance with them and show him the birth of the new monarch queen before accompanying him back to his human world.
