Registration at the academy implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
From the age of 7, it is strongly recommended to attend at least two classes per week in order to ensure consistent progress and proper technical development.
Students may take:
Two classes in the same discipline
Or a combination of disciplines (e.g. ballet + jazz, street dance, etc.)
Registration is valid for the full school year (September to June).
For students enrolling during the year, the commitment is valid from the date of registration until June.
No prorated reduction or adjustment will be applied.

The school reserves the right to refuse or not renew a registration, particularly in the event of non-compliance with payment conditions, these regulations, or the functioning of the school.
The academy reserves the right not to validate a registration in case of incomplete documentation.
The school reserves the right to modify schedules according to the number of enrolled students and organizational needs.
Monthly fees (annual basis from September to June)
1 class / week: 130 CHF
2 classes / week: 220 CHF
3 classes / week: 300 CHF
4 classes / week: 360 CHF
Single class: 35 CHF
Private class (50 min): 150 CHF (minimum 4 sessions)
Registration fee: 60 CHF / year
Fees take into account holidays and public holidays.
No deductions will be made.
Family discount: 10% for the second child.
All fees are non-refundable.

The end-of-year show is separate and requires a separate registration.
The general terms and detailed regulations of the competition program will be provided to the families of selected students.
Registration commits the student for the entire school year.
Stopping attendance does not cancel payment obligations.
Absences are not refunded or replaced
Medical certificate required for long absences (more than 4 weeks)
Four unreported absences may lead to exclusion.
Minimum number of students:
6 students (children)

The school may modify schedules, groups, and levels.
In case of low attendance (1–2 students):
adapted class, regrouping, or alternative solution.
No refunds.
Personal insurance is mandatory.
The school declines all responsibility within the limits permitted by law in case of accident, injury, loss, or theft.
The school is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings (jewelry, watches, phones, money, etc.).
It is recommended not to bring valuable items.
Children must be accompanied by an adult upon arrival and departure.
The academy may take photos or videos during its activities.
Acceptance of these terms implies consent to the use of images, unless written refusal is submitted in advance.
These images may be used for communication purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).
Any refusal must be submitted in writing before the start of classes.
The school declines responsibility for images taken by third parties.
Filming or photographing without authorization is prohibited.
In case of refusal, parents must clearly inform their child.
Students concerned must refrain from participating in recordings.
The academy cannot be held responsible if a student voluntarily appears in photos or videos.
End-of-year shows and rehearsals may be recorded (photo/video).
These recordings are part of group activities involving all students.
It is not possible to guarantee the exclusion of an individual student.
Participation in the show implies acceptance of these conditions.
It is strongly recommended not to send a sick student to class.
If symptoms appear during class, the teacher may contact parents to pick up the student.
Please help ensure everyone’s health and safety.
The official dress code is mandatory.
The list will be provided separately.
Only dancewear and dance shoes are allowed.
Hairstyle is part of the dress code and is mandatory for all students.
For Babies, Dance Kids, Ballet and Jazz classes: ballet bun required.
Hair must be properly secured for the entire duration of the class.
Non-compliance may result in refusal of access.
An end-of-year show is organized by the academy.
Information will be communicated in October.
250 CHF per family (participation and costumes)
The 250 CHF fee applies to students enrolled in one class only.
For students enrolled in multiple classes or families with multiple children, fees are adjusted based on the number of classes and costumes required.
Only students enrolled between September and January may participate.
Students enrolled after this period will not be able to participate.
This ensures proper preparation and costume organization.
Additional fees may apply for multiple classes, choreographies, or children.
Details will be communicated later.
